1. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been dispatched.

After Dispatch:
Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been dispatched or delivered due to the volatile nature of precious metal prices.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
A refund will only be issued under the following conditions:
The product received is defective or damaged during shipping.
The product delivered does not match the order specifications.
2.2 Non-Refundable Conditions
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
Customized or engraved products are non-refundable.
Returns based on price fluctuations in gold or diamond rates will not be accepted.
